What To Expect Next - Mid-Winter Season 2024The Mid-Winter 2024 Season will be here before you know it! We are excited to have you join us and appreciate your support. Communication is key to ensure the success of the league. Over the course of this season, we will be sending you emails with information you will need this season. Due to this being a mass email system, please check your filters to make sure that messages do not get lost in your junk mail folder.
Included are answers to some common questions you may have. If you have any others, please email us at [email protected], or call 408-370-0500. Mid-Winter registration opens November 1st. The last day to register with guaranteed placement on a team is December 10th. After 12/10/23, registration is based on availability and cannot be guaranteed. Once teams are full, we will build a waitlist and fill openings on a first come - first served basis. A $25.00 increase in registration may apply and you will be placed on any team that has openings in your grade division. Buddy requests are less likely to be met during registration after the deadline. |

Important Dates: November 1st: Mid-winter registration begins.
December 10th: Last day to register with guaranteed placement on a team. Late registration begins and is based upon availability.
December 10th - 29th: We will be forming teams, confirming coaches, creating schedules and more during this time.
December 29th: All rosters will be posted no later than 12/29/2023.
January 8th: All schedules will be posted no later than 1/8/2024.
January 11th @ 7:00 PM PST: We will host our mandatory Coaches meeting for all coaches and team managers at all locations. Coaches please RSVP to the invitation found in your email. Volunteers will receive a team shirt and a game ball prior to the season start. Families should hear from your coach no later than January 12th.
January 15th - 19th: Equipment shipped. Your player's jersey with lettering, flag belt with flags, shorts, mouth guard and any additional equipment purchased at registration will be arriving at the ship-to address provided at registration. Coach's shirts and team NFL FLAG game footballs will be sent to coaches and team managers at the ship-to address provided at registration. Your tracking information will be emailed to you. If you do not receive tracking information by Wednesday 1/17/2024 please contact us at [email protected].
January 21st: The Season Begins! Meet & Greet day and first team practice. Time and location is found under GAMEDAY - SCHEDULES on landing page, or on your MOJO app. Teams will meet the coach and participate in the first practice. Bring your mouth guard, jersey and flags, and shorts or pants without pockets!
January 28th: Game week 1! Practice is held 1 hour PRIOR to game time listed each week. Check your schedule under GAMEDAY - SCHEDULES.
February 4th: Game week 2
February 11th: Game week 3
February 18th: BYE week for Presidents Day - no practices or games
February 25th: Game week 4
March 3rd: Game week 5
March 6th: Madden playoff games posted no later than 3/6.
March 10th: Game Week 6 - Every team will have a game today!*
*Lombardi and Shula - follow the posted schedule for game week 6. Schedules are subject to change, please check the schedule for shifts in your game time.
*Madden divisions - playoff & Championship game berths and times are based upon season standings and will be posted after game week 5, by Wednesday March 6th.
EQUIPMENT: *Your player's jersey, Flag Belt and flags, pocketless shorts, mouth guard, and any additional merchandise ordered during registration will be shipped directly to your home.
*Shorts and/or sweatpants without pockets are to be worn during games. If a participant wears shorts/pants with pockets, the pockets need to be taped down for the safety of other participants.
*Participants can wear any type of plastic molded cleats or sneakers.
MERCHANDISE CONCERNS: If you are missing merchandise, need to exchange sizing, or have questions in regard to your merchandise, PLEASE FILL OUT A MERCHANDISE INQUIRY TICKET (CLICK HERE). Please note, all lettered 49ers jerseys and mouth guards are a final sale. For incorrect jersey sizing orders, a new jersey must be purchased.
COMMON QUESTIONS: WHEN WILL I HEAR FROM MY COACH?
We are hosting our virtual coaches meeting on January 11th, 2024, so you should hear from your coach no later than January 12th. Please be sure you have downloaded the MOJO app to receive notifications from your coach.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY EQUIPMENT?
Once we complete putting teams together, we will send all team rosters to our uniform shop and our inventory department will begin to pack and ship out individual equipment to each player and coach. You should expect your lettered 49ers NFL FLAG jersey, flag belt and flags, shorts, mouth guard and any other equipment you purchased no later than your scheduled Meet & Greet. You must bring a mouth guard to every practice and game. They will be available at the field for $5 each week.
